Abstract

The invention discloses a novel surface-layer half water retention type permeable bituminous pavement structure and a preparation method thereof. The novel surface-layer half water retention type permeable bituminous pavement structure comprises a permeable bituminous surface layer and a base layer, wherein the bituminous surface layer is divided into an upper surface layer which is 25-30mm thick and a lower surface layer which is 70-90mm thick; the lower surface layer which has half road breadth in the middle of a pavement is filled with a water retention material; the base layer is divided into an upper base layer and a lower base layer; the upper base layer is a bituminous gravel base layer which is 80-120mm thick, and the lower base layer is a cascaded gravel base layer which is 180-220mm thick; the water retention material is prepared by doping 15-20wt% of slaked lime and 60-80wt% of water into a powder body material consisting of 85-95wt% of blast furnace slag powder and 5-15wt% of coal ash. According to the novel surface-layer half water retention type permeable bituminous pavement structure, a quick permeable pavement and the water retention functional material on the lower surface layer are combined together; being an auxiliary of a municipal water drainage facility, the novel surface-layer half water retention type permeable bituminous pavement structure can greatly improve the capacity of an urban road for resisting flood disasters and enhancing the traffic safety, effectively reduce the temperature of the urban road, relieve the high-temperature condensation effect of the bituminous surface layer to a certain extent, delay the bituminous aging speed and prolong the service life of the pavement.
