Abstract

The invention provides a nanometer processing method for the working surface of a ladle precast block lining brick. The method comprises the following steps: 1) putting a working lining of a ladle precast block in a vacuum apparatus, carrying out vacuum-pumping on the ladle precast block, wherein a degree of vacuum is allowed to be less than 0.08 MPa, and maintaining a pressure for more than 3 hours; 2) under a vacuum condition, adding a nanometer aluminum oxide sol solution, wherein the nanometer aluminum oxide sol solution is allowed to totally immerse the ladle precast block, Al2O3 solid content in the nanometer aluminum oxide sol solution is 10 to 25 wt%, and the pH value of the solution is 3.0 to 6.5; 3) relieving pressure in the vacuum apparatus and allowing an nanometer aluminum oxide sol to enter into the ladle precast block under the action of atmospheric pressure; 4) drying the ladle precast block treated with nanometer aluminum oxide at a low temperature of less than 250 DEG D; and 5) carrying out impurity removal and rubbing on the surface of the dried ladle precast block, which enables a bricklaying surface of the ladle precast block to be smooth so as to facilitate bricklaying of the ladle precast block.
