The low-temperature resistant nanometer paraffin emulsion has a median particle size being 200-400 nm and a condensation point ranging from -20 DEG C to -9 DEG C. Compared with a conventional nanometer paraffin emulsion, the nanometer paraffin emulsion is good in stability and outstanding in antifreeze performance. The nanometer paraffin emulsion, added to a drilling fluid as an anti-sloughing lubricant, can satisfy a requirement of oil field drilling construction in severe cold weather or a low temperature environment.
