The groundwater is pumped out by a submersible pump through the water outlet pipe to the central air conditioner, and pressure is exerted into the water return pipe. A plurality of water return spaces arranged in the water source well seep outwards and downwards and exchange heat through an annular seepage layer and a soil layer. An equal amount of effluent water and returned water is realized in the same water source well, and fully exchanges heat with soil, the space and resources are saved, and the implementation is easy.
