Composite fibers and wool are blended to produce into fabrics; the composite fibers are formed by two or more than two polymers which are poor in compatibility; the fineness of the composite fibers is larger than or equal to 1.33 dtex; components of the composite fibers can be separated through high-speed wool washing in the process of after-finishing of the fabrics and accordingly superfine fibers are obtained, wherein the fineness of the superfine fibers is 0.05 to 1.0 dtex. The invention also relates to the worsted fabrics produced by the manufacturing method and belongs to the wool textile technical field. The fabrics manufactured by the manufacturing method of the imitated-cashmere worsted fabrics are formed by chemical fibers and the wool through blending and accordingly the cashmere touch and performance can be achieved.
