The power source circuit is composed of a rectifier transformer, a rectifier diode a, a rectifier diode b, a filter capacitor a, a voltage-stabilization integration block and a filter capacitor b. The signal input end port comprises a water flow signal input end, a water temperature signal input end, a water level signal input end, a manual input end, an interlocking signal input end a and an interlocking signal input end b. The comparator circuit is composed of a divider resistor, an AND gate a and an isolation diode a. The processing circuit comprises a full-bridge circuit, an AND gate b, an isolation diode b, a transmission gate, a NOT gate and a door c. The execution circuit comprises a bidirectional silicon controlled rectifier a, a triode, a catching diode, a relay, a bidirectional silicon controlled rectifier b and a control output end.
