The wallboard comprises the following materials of, by weight part, 40 to 50 parts of crop straw, 5 to 10 parts of magnesium oxide, 5 to 10 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 3 to 5 parts of FS water-proofing agent, 5 to 10 parts of mold proof agent, 2 to 5 parts of sodium hydroxide and 1 to 3 parts of pigment. The production process comprises sieving the crop straw after the crop straw is smashed; weighing the materials by weight part and arranging the materials into a mixer to be uniformly mixed; arranging the mixed materials into an extruder to be extruded and enabling the extruding speed to be 120 to 180 revolutions per minute and the temperature to be 150 to 170 DEG C; extruding a semi-finished product through a mold head and enabling the mold head pressure to be 8.5 to 9.0 MPa; arranging the semi-finished product into a wallboard grinding tool to be performed on cooling forming for 2 to 3 days and obtaining a finished product.
