Problems solved by technology

According to statistics, the foreign object phase-to-phase lap trip accidents in North China Power Grid and Northwest Power Grid have accounted for 4-7% of abnormal power outages, causing huge losses
The currently used high-voltage bare wires and fittings above 10KV have no technical measures to solve potential hazards such as wind deviation, bird damage, line crossing, foreign objects in complex living areas, overlapping short circuit trips, etc.

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-insulativity material, and a production method and application thereof, particularly a production method of an insulating sheath for preventing windage yaw, foreign matter overlapping and other alternate tripping conditions for high-tension transmission line armor clamps and wires. The material comprises fluorine-containing polydimethylsiloxane, vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, para-position aramid short fiber pulp, a silicon dioxide reinforcing filler, an electrical-erosion-resistant filler aluminum hydroxide and a vulcanizing agent. The production method comprises the following steps: rolling a mixture of the fluorine-containing polydimethylsiloxane, vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, pretreated para-position aramid short fiber pulp, silicon dioxide reinforcing filler and electrical-erosion-resistant filler aluminum hydroxide in a Banbury mixer at 70-120 DEG C under the negative pressure of greater than 0.195 MPa, uniformly mixing in the Banbury mixer, soaking for one week, adding the vulcanizing agent, rolling in an open mill, and remixing to the soft state; and refining through a double screw extruder, and carrying out mold calendering, forming and two-stage vulcanization at high temperature. The method is used for insulating sheaths and products of high-tension transmission lines.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-insulation material, a production method and its application, and is a new type of fittings, wire insulating sheath, production method and application used for preventing interphase short-circuit tripping caused by foreign matter overlapping in high-voltage transmission lines. Background technique [0002] At present, short-circuit tripping and blackout accidents of power transmission and transformation lines caused by overlapping of foreign objects occur frequently. In recent years, with the great development of the national power industry, the number of transmission lines has increased significantly. According to statistics, the accidents of overlapping trips between foreign objects in North China Power Grid and Northwest Power Grid have accounted for 4-7% of abnormal power outages, causing huge losses. Currently used high-voltage bare wires and fittings above 10KV have no technical measures to solve potential hazards ...
