Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyaniline / polypropylene composite material. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: dispersing and dissolving ammonium persulfate into water, to obtain an ammonium sulfate solution; adding aniline to the ammonium sulfate solution and stirring for reaction for 6-12 hours, thus obtaining a polyaniline solution after reaction is ended; carrying out suction filtration on the polyaniline solution, then adding stearic acid which is dissolved by a mixed solution of absolute ethyl alcohol and carbon tetrachloride to the polyaniline solution to perform doping treatment; carrying out suction filtration on the polyaniline subjected to doping treatment; drying and grinding into polyaniline powder like flour; and evenly mixing polyaniline with polypropylene, and plasticizing into the polyaniline / polypropylene composite material by virtue of an open rubber mixing mill, wherein the mass percent of polyaniline in the polyaniline / polypropylene composite material is 2-10%. The performances of the polyaniline / polypropylene composite material accord with the use requirements under different conditions, and the polyaniline / polypropylene composite material has the advantages of simple process and high product polymerization degree.
