Abstract

The invention relates to a medical prosthesis material and a preparation method thereof, especially to a long-acting antibacterial composite silicon rubber prosthesis material and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial composite silicon rubber prosthesis material is prepared by the steps of: preparing N modified nano-titanium dioxide; mixing silicon rubber and a diluent to obtain an even first mixture; adding the modified N:TiO2 into the first mixture to obtain a second mixture; adding a long afterglow luminescent material into the second mixture to obtain a third mixture; adding a curing agent into the second mixture according to a ratio of the curing agent to silicon rubber of 1:10, thus obtaining a fourth mixture; and pouring the fourth mixture into a polytetrafluoroethylene mould to obtain the long-acting antibacterial silicon rubber prosthesis material. The prosthesis material provided by the invention achieves a long-acting bacteriostatic effect in repair of soft and hard tissue defect and attachment to defective cavities, and has high stability, thus solving the problems of bacterial adhesion, breeding, poor aging resistance and the like in traditional prostheses.
