Two-wing impellers are designed in length directions of rotating shafts, a large number of materials can be propelled, and the propellers can realize change of different propelling capacities through change of rotating speeds. Material return during material propelling can be avoided by the aid of the meshing design of two blades of each propeller. According to the whole device, material charging and discharging ports are close to the ground, the device is convenient to run and operate and energy-saving. Uniform discharging and whole propelling type material flow are realized, material mixing is avoided in the whole reaction process, and the fermentation is more thorough.
