Abstract

The invention discloses a method for removing a mercury compound in a waste liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure. The method comprises the following steps: 1, contacting the waste liquid containing the mercury compound with a reaction carrier at normal temperature and normal pressure, and radiating with ultraviolet light or visible light with the wavelength of 170-400nm; and 2, under the catalysis action of a photocatalyst, decomposing the mercury compound into monomer mercury, and adsorbing and removing the decomposed monomer mercury by using an adsorbent. By adopting the method, under the normal operation condition, mercury of different forms can be simultaneously removed from various waste liquids containing mercury at approximately normal temperature and normal pressure continuously, efficiently and conveniently, and the concentration of mercury in the treated liquids is less than 5ppb. In addition, the removal efficiency of organic pollutants in the wastewater is also high, the latest standard of water drainage can be met, the removal rate of mercury in a waste adsorbent containing mercury can be up to 99%, and the mercury recycling rate can be up to 96%, so that the characteristics of high removal efficiency and environment protection are sufficiently brought into play, and wide popularization and application values are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of pollutant treatment and recovery, in particular to a method for removing mercury compounds in waste liquid at normal temperature and pressure. Background technique [0002] In the fields of crude oil and natural gas production, petroleum refining, petrochemical manufacturing, and PVC chemical product production, the content and concentration of mercury vary greatly depending on the place of origin, generally ranging from a few ppb to several ppm. In addition, the treated waste liquid from natural gas fields not only contains monomeric mercury, but in some cases the amount of mercury compounds is far more than monomeric mercury, and most of these compounds are organic mercury compounds. In addition, most of the mercury-containing pollutants in the waste water of the PVC chlor-alkali industry are mercury chloride. Most of the adsorbents can only remove mercury ions, but have no effect on monomeric mercury ...
