Problems solved by technology

However, the long-term addition of antibiotics not only increases the number of drug-resistant strains, but also affects the normal flora in Tenebrio molitor, resulting in a decline in immune function; in addition, antibiotic residues also reduce the quality of Tenebrio molitor products

Embodiment 1、 4

[0058] Embodiment 1, the preparation of quadruple bacteria solid-state fermentation product

[0059] 1. Optimization of medium composition and culture conditions

[0060] 1. Mixed culture and pure culture

[0061] Most microbial fermentations use pure culture techniques, but this is not necessarily the best way to obtain high viable counts. In this study, MRS liquid culture medium was used to compare the number of live bacteria obtained by mixed culture and pure culture of quadruple bacteria by measuring the number of viable bacteria (NLB).

[0062] Activation: Bifidobacterium bifidum CGMCC NO.1.5091, Clostridium butyricum CGMCC NO.1.336, Bacillus licheniformis CGMCC NO.1.813 and Bacillus subtilis subsp. Inoculate in 10mL sterile MRS liquid medium, culture anaerobically at 37°C for 36h, and obtain seed solutions of each bacteria (10 7 CFU / mL).

[0063] Mixed culture: Take 1 mL of the seed liquid after activation of the above-mentioned single strains for two generations and...

Embodiment 2

[0111] Embodiment 2, the application of quadruple probiotics in improving the biomass of Tenebrio molitoris

[0112] 1. Laboratory-scale research methods

[0113] Tenebrio molitor was preserved by Hebei Science and Technology Normal University. In this study, 2400 fifth-instar larvae (about 25 days after hatching) were used, divided into 12 groups, 200 in each group, and the total weight of each group was basically the same, about 7g. Cultured in 15cm Petri dishes. The temperature is 25°C and the relative humidity is 55-65%.

[0114] 12 groups are randomly numbered 1-12:

[0115] Quadruple bacteria group: Groups 1-6 were fed with the liquid fermentation product of quadruple bacteria, resuspended in 10 mL of sterile water, and evenly sprayed in the petri dish for feeding Tenebrio molitor, once every four days.

[0116] Control group: Groups 7-12 were fed with the same dose of sterile water as a control.

[0117] Preparation of tetrad bacteria liquid fermentation product: the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a combined probiotic solid-state fermenting agent for feeding yellow meal worm and a preparation method thereof. The invention provides a microbial inoculant for feeding yellow meal worm, of which the active components are Bifidobacterium bifidum, Clostridium butyricum, Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis subsp.subtilis. By adopting the four probiotic combination to feed the yellow meal worm, the analysis on mortality, body length, head width, 100-worm weight and other indexes judges that the probiotic agent has promoting action on growth of yellow meal worm, and detects that the four probiotic combination can enhance the survival rate and promote growth of the yellow meal worm.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a probiotic solid-state starter for feeding Tenebrio molitor and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the abuse of antibiotics has aroused widespread concern in the society, and it is urgent to develop alternatives to antibiotics (Chen Yand Schwack W, 2014). Probiotics are considered an ideal alternative to antibiotics. The so-called probiotics are a general term for active beneficial microorganisms that are colonized in the human intestinal tract and reproductive system, can produce definite health effects, thereby improving the host's micro-ecological balance and exerting beneficial effects (Sylvia H et al., 2013.). Bifidobacterium bifidum is a kind of important physiological bacteria colonized in human and animal intestines, and plays a variety of physiological functions on human and animal organisms such as biological barrier, nutrition, i...
