Abstract

The invention relates to biomarkers miR-182-5p, miR-363-3p and miR-378a-3p which are beneficial to liver cancer diagnosis, as well as application thereof for preparing kits for screening liver cancer or assisting pathological identification and clinical diagnosis of liver cancer. The kit comprises a reverse transcription system and a primer system, wherein the reverse transcription system comprises reverse transcriptase, a reverse transcription system buffer and an RNA enzyme inhibitor; and the primer system consists of the stem-loop structure reverse transcription primers and amplification primers of miR-182-5p, miR-363-3p and miR-378a-3p and the amplification primers of U6 snRNA. The close correlation between the miRNA and clinical case indexes of liver cancer, determined by the invention, can serve as a biomarker to be used for screening and diagnosing liver cancer, an effective basis is provided for clinical individualized intervention treatment.
