Problems solved by technology

The existing related patented technology and the UV-curable gravure ink products introduced mainly have high ink viscosity and slow drying, which are not suitable for high-speed gravure printing, or a considerable amount of organic solvent is added to the ink formula as a partial dilution The problem of reducing the ink viscosity and increasing the drying speed can not be solved fundamentally by directly replacing the current gravure ink and avoiding the VOC emission in the printing process; in addition, the existing related UV curable gravure ink patent introduction In addition to high-speed stirring and dispersing, the preparation method only adopts the technology of grinding and dispersing the existing offset printing ink with a three-roller machine, or the technology of grinding and dispersing the liquid ink with a sand mill (bead mill). There is a lot of room for improvement in efficiency

Abstract

The invention discloses VOC (volatile organic compounds)-free ultraviolet curing gravure printing ink and a preparation method thereof. The ink comprises components of a formula in parts by weight as follows: 5-15 parts of unsaturated acrylic resin, 30-70 parts of dispersing monomers, 10-30 parts of dilution monomers, 3-6 parts of a photoinitiator 1173, 2-6 parts of a photoinitiator 369, 5-16 parts of pigment and 2-5 parts of an auxiliary. The preparation method is as follows: the unsaturated acrylic resin, the dispersing monomers, the photoinitiators, the pigment and part of the auxiliary are mixed, stirred at a high speed and pre-dispersed; and the well pre-dispersed material is dispersed and ground to stipulated grain size through combined use of a sand mill and a three-roller machine. The VOC-free ultraviolet curing gravure printing ink and the preparation method have the benefits as follows: the problem of environmental pollution caused by volatilization of a large quantity of VOC in conventional ink and the problems that ink products introduced in conventional related ultraviolet curing gravure printing ink patents are high in viscosity and slow to dry and is not matched with conventional gravure printing or the ink still contains a solvent and is not environment-friendly are solved; and meanwhile, the production process is improved, and the production efficiency is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the printing industry, in particular to a VOC-free ultraviolet light curing gravure ink and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] UV-curable ink does not contain volatile components, and its printing process hardly produces VOC emissions. The development of UV-curable gravure ink suitable for gravure printing is conducive to the comprehensive improvement of environmental protection in the existing gravure printing field. However, the relevant products and technologies described in the existing relevant UV-curable gravure ink patents still have considerable limitations in terms of applicability and environmental protection. Such as a UV curable gravure printing ink and its preparation method (application (patent) number: CN200910058357.4), the resin oligomer introduced by it uses alkali-soluble acrylic resin, contains a large amount of fillers in the formula, and the viscosity of the ink is relatively high....
