Abstract

The invention aims to provide a semipermeable-membrane-based device for reducing NOx emission of supercharged diesel engine. The device comprises the diesel engine, a turbosuperchager, a gas inlet passage, an exhaust passage, a water tank and a water circulating pipeline. The gas inlet passage and the exhaust passage are connected with the diesel engine. A gas compressor of the turbosuperchager is mounted on the gas inlet passage. A turbine of the turbosuperchager is mounted on the exhaust passage. An EGR (Exhuast Gas Recirculation) pipeline is mounted between the gas inlet passage and the exhaust passage. An inlet and an outlet of the water circulating pipeline are communicated with the water tank. The middle part of the water circulating pipeline is communicated with the gas inlet passage. A water circulating pipeline side semipermeable membrane is mounted at a communicating position of the water circulating pipeline and the gas inlet passage. An EGR pipeline side semipermeable membrane is mounted at a communicating position of the EGR pipeline and the gas inlet passage. A water pump and a water steam generator are mounted in the water circulating pipeline. According to the invention, the semipermeable membranes can be directly arranged on the wall of the gas inlet passage, so that mounting nozzles is avoided. The working areas of the semipermeable membranes can be adjusted by adjusting variable semipermeable blocking boards.
