Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a water-based drilling fluid lubricant with a micro-channel reactor, and especially relates to a method for preparing the water-based drilling fluid lubricant from a fatty acid and an organic amine as raw materials through a reaction in the micro-channel reactor. The method particularly comprises following steps: (1) feeding the two raw material liquids, the fatty acid and the organic amine, respectively to two inlets of the micro-channel reactor through metering pumps and enabling the raw material liquids to enter a micro-channel reaction module, wherein molar proportion of the fatty acid to the organic amine is controlled to be 1-4:1 by adjusting and controlling volume flow rate proportion of the fatty acid to the organic amine; and (2) carrying out a reaction under normal pressure at 50-180 DEG C with the retention time of the reaction materials in the micro-channel reactor being controlled to be 2-30 min to prepare the water-based drilling fluid lubricant. The method for producing the water-based drilling fluid lubricant enables temperature during a reaction process to be controlled effectively, is high in safety, is good in module mixing effect, is high in product quality, is less in required reaction retention time and is high in production efficiency. The method can achieve continuous and flexible production of the product.
