The circular anastomat comprises a handle assembly, a gun body, a nail cartridge assembly and a nail propping seat assembly which are sequentially connected and arranged; the nail container assembly comprises a nail container housing, a circumferential cutting knife and a nail container; the nail container is in connection fitting with the circumferential cutting knife; the nail propping seat assembly comprises a nail propping seat, a central rod and a knife gasket; the nail container is in contact fitting with the nail propping seat; a nail container fitting surface and a nail propping seat fitting surface are respectively formed at the fitting parts of the nail container and the nail propping seat; the circumferential cutting knife is in contact fitting with the knife spacer; a circumferential cutting knife fitting surface and the knife gasket fitting surface are respectively formed at the fitting parts of the circumferential cutting knife and the knife gasket; the nail container fitting surface, the nail propping seat fitting surface, the circumferential cutting knife fitting surface and the knife gasket fitting surface are all the circumferential curved surfaces which are arranged in a convex and concave way in the circumferential direction.
