Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing mold spore powder by fermentation of crop straws and relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of the crop straws. According to the method, the crop straws are taken as a main material and subsidiary agricultural products are taken as auxiliary materials to inoculate mold spores, and then the spore powder is prepared by means of aerobic fermentation. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) preparing a solid culture medium, namely mixing crushed straws with the subsidiary agricultural products to form a wet material, sterilizing and then sending to a fermentation tank; (2) inoculating mold, namely inoculating the wet material at room temperature; (3) performing solid fermentation, namely charging air into the fermentation tank, controlling the fermentation temperature to be 30 to 40 DEG C by controlling the amount of charged air and rolling over by a rolling machine, and performing the aerobic fermentation for 3-5 days; and (4) crushing and sieving. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of consuming a great amount of straws, alleviating the environmental pollution caused by combusting the straws, promoting the comprehensive utilization of the straws and also lowering the production cost during fermentation of the mold.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of crop straws, in particular to a method for producing mold spore powder by fermenting crop straws. Background technique [0002] Crop residues are one of the richest sources of biomass energy in the world. As a large agricultural country, my country has very rich crop straw resources, with an annual output of about 600-700 million tons. At present, most of the straw is consumed in the form of fuel and litter. Straw burning not only loses a large amount of biological resources, causes environmental pollution, but also seriously threatens traffic safety and fire hazards. How to improve the utilization rate of crop straw is a difficult problem that modern agriculture needs to face. [0003] Crop straw microbial fermentation technology is a straw treatment method to improve the nutritional value of crop straw. It has the advantages of wide application, low cost, and renewable, w...
