Embodiment 1

[0036] see figure 1 A method for producing short-chain volatile fatty acids from kitchen waste, specifically comprising the following steps:

[0037] (1) Pretreatment of food waste: Remove wooden chopsticks, napkins, glass ceramic pieces, bones, fish bones and other substances that are not conducive to fermentation in food waste. Then use a pulverizer to pulverize to less than 0.3 cm, and then use a dehydrator to separate the pulverized food waste into two parts: dehydrated dry material and oil-water mixture. The oil-water mixture is discharged into the oil-water separator for oil-water separation to obtain deoiled sewage. Mix the deoiled sewage with the dehydrated dry material, the solid content is 15%, VS (volatile solids) / TS (total solids) = 95.3%; complete the pretreatment of kitchen waste.

[0038] (2) Inoculation sludge: It was taken from the excess sludge discharged from the secondary sedimentation of Changsha No. 1 Sewage Treatment Plant. After testing, the microorga...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing short-chain volatile fatty acids by utilizing kitchen wastes and the short-chain volatile fatty acids. The method specifically comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring the kitchen wastes serving as a fermentation substrate and sludge serving as an inoculum, thereby obtaining a fermentation matrix; and adding alkyl polyglucosides into the fermentation matrix, and performing anaerobic fermentation under a stirring condition. The reduction, recycling and innocent treatment of the kitchen wastes are realized, and the method has the advantages of low operating cost, high profit, high yield of the short-chain volatile fatty acids and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste treatment, in particular to a method for producing short-chain volatile fatty acids from kitchen waste, and also to the short-chain volatile fatty acids produced according to the aforementioned method. Background technique [0002] Food waste (commonly known as swill) is an important part of urban domestic waste. In 2007, the national food waste production was about 90 million tons, and the production of food waste showed an obvious upward trend with the development of society. Food waste has the characteristics of high moisture content and rich nutrients. The above characteristics make food waste easy to rot and breed pathogenic bacteria. If it is not handled properly, it will seriously affect the urban environment and even threaten human health. Therefore, the treatment and disposal of kitchen waste has become one of the key issues in the field of environmental protection. [0003] On th...
