The use amount of the total extract of the radix sophorae flavescentis is determined on the basis of sophocarpidine and sophoridine in the preparation. The use amount of the total extract of the catechu is determined on the basis of catechin and epicatechin in the preparation. A research result proves that the best main effective components, comprising the sophocarpidine, the sophoridine, the catechin and the epicatechin, in the total extracts of the radix sophorae flavescentis and the catechu have a synergistic effect on treatment when the effective components are used within an effective dose range through study of a use amount range of the components in the gel preparation, and on the basis of the research result, proportion of usage amounts of the effective components and auxiliary materials in the gel preparation is re-determined.
