Abstract

The invention discloses anti-inflammatory and vascular application of trametes gibbosa sporocarp polysaccharide, wherein the trametes gibbosa sporocarp polysaccharide contains the components including TG-1 and TG-2, and also contains a little glucan of other sugars. After trametes gibbosa polysaccharide is injected in the vein of a rat, increase of vascular permeability in a rat pleural effusion model induced by carrageenin can be strongly inhibited; change of the specific gravity of hydrops cannot be influenced; the content of total protein in pleural effusion can be obviously reduced by both two reasons; an inflammatory mediate compound induced by carrageenin can be effectively antagonized; the permeability of related small blood vessels can be reduced; simultaneously, the numbers of neutrophile granulocyte and eosinophilic granulocyte in a peripheral hemogram can be increased; the number of lymphocyte in the peripheral hemogram can be reduced; and in addition, the pharmacological effects of trametes gibbosa polysaccharides TG1 and TG2 prove the possible effects in the aspects of stabilizing a vascular wall, particularly endothelial injury caused in a pathological state.
