Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing ceramsite by utilizing sludge made from mono-nitro methylbenzene, and belongs to a harmless and recycling technology of solid harmful waste. The method comprises the steps of rolling, stirring and uniformly mixing mono-nitro methylbenzene produced sludge, municipal sludge and bentonite to obtain a mixture, fermenting the mixture in a specific environment, then extruding and granulating the mixture to obtain a ceramsite preform body, drying the ceramsite preform body, roasting the ceramsite preform body at a high temperature, sintering and expanding the ceramsite preform body to form ceramsite, and cooling the ceramsite to the normal temperature, wherein cavings are preferably selected as fuels for a rotary kiln. The produced ceramsite meets the requirement of the national light aggregate building material, not only is the harmless treatment of the sludge produced in the production process of the mono-nitro methylbenzene is efficiently realized, the municipal sludge is recycled, the emission is efficiently controlled in the entire process, no secondary pollution is produced, and the economic benefit and the social benefit can be synchronously improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a method for making ceramsite by using sludge produced by mononitrotoluene, which belongs to the recycling technology of harmless and resourceful solid hazardous waste. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and industrialization process in our country, the material consumption of the whole society has increased rapidly, followed by the generation of a large amount of waste and the resulting harm to the environment. According to statistics, the world produces more than 400 million tons of hazardous waste every year, among which industrial and mining industries such as chemical industry, metallurgy, printing and dyeing are the main sources of hazardous waste. Improper disposal of hazardous waste will not only cause serious harm to human health and the environment, but also cause pollution of groundwater, surface water and soil. Therefore, hazardous waste is one ...
