Problems solved by technology

[0004] In addition, in the water treatment process using the separation membrane, the clogging of the separation membrane by the filtrate will increase the differential pressure, so the time for continuous membrane filtration is limited.
That is, if the separation membrane module continues to filter for a predetermined period of time, the turbidity or flocs in the water to be treated will clog the surface or pores of the separation membrane, or accumulate inside the separation membrane module such as between the separation membranes, reducing the filterability.

Embodiment 1

[0100] The sewer water secondary treatment water is used as the treated water, using figure 1 The apparatus shown in the flow diagram shown performs water production. In the first pH adjusting device 10, the pH of the pretreatment water is adjusted to 5.0 using sulfuric acid, and in the cationic flocculant injection device 20, polyaluminum chloride (hereinafter referred to as PAC) is injected into the water supply pipe 50 as a cationic flocculant. Make the concentration of PAC in the pretreatment water reach 50mg / L. Mix the PAC using an in-line mixer. The pre-treated water is membrane-filtered by the separation membrane module 30 as membrane-filtered water, and the membrane-filtered water is stored in the membrane-filtration water tank 40 provided at the rear stage of the separation membrane module 30 . The membrane filtration water tank 40 is equipped with a second pH adjustment device 11, injecting sodium hydroxide to make the pH of the membrane filtration water tank 40 6....

Embodiment 2

[0107] Except that the pH of the washing water was adjusted to 7.0, continuous operation was carried out under the same conditions as the method described in Example 1, and the ΔA value and its elevation, ΔB value, and the pH inside the separation membrane module after the water supply process and the removal target were measured. The removal rate of components, the results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0109] Except that the pH of the washing water was adjusted to 8.0, continuous operation was carried out under the same conditions as the method described in Example 1, and the ΔA value and its elevation, ΔB value, and the pH inside the separation membrane module after the water supply process and the removal target were measured. The removal rate of components, the results are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for cleaning a separation membrane, the method making it possible to prevent an increase in differential pressure while reducing the amounts of a chemical and rinse water necessary for cleaning the membrane and while inhibiting the inside of the separation membrane module from increasing in pH through the cleaning. The method is a water production method which comprises: a step for yielding water to be membrane-filtered, by treating raw water; a filtration step in which the water to be membrane-filtered is filtered with a separation membrane module having a separation membrane to thereby yield membrane-filtered water; a back-pressure washing step in which the substances that were filtered out and that clogged the separation membrane in the filtration step are removed using washing water; and a drainage step in which the washing wastewater used for washing in the back-pressure washing step is drained. The step for yielding water to be membrane-filtered comprises a coagulation step in which a first pH regulator and a cationic coagulant are added to the raw water to coagulate substances which are contained in the raw water and are to be filtered out, thereby producing pretreated water. The pH of the water to be membrane-filtered and the pH of the washing water are regulated to values satisfying specific requirements.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a water generation method for generating membrane-filtered water by filtering water to be treated with a separation membrane, and more specifically, to a back-pressure washing process having a separation membrane that efficiently discharges turbidity or flocs adhering to the separation membrane Water making method. Background technique [0002] Since it is possible to remove components that were difficult to remove in the previous water treatment process, in recent years, microfiltration membranes (MF membranes) or ultrafiltration membranes (UF membranes) with small pore sizes have been introduced as separation membranes. In the water treatment process using the separation membrane, since viruses or low-molecular organic substances are difficult to remove with the separation membrane monomer, a coagulation process is introduced in the previous stage to allow viruses or low-molecular organic substances to enter the flocs...
