The treatment method is as follows: high-salinity wastewater is heated to 50-80 DEG C, is conveyed into the evaporation device through the circulating evaporation water pump, flows through filler in the evaporation chamber to form a water film, is mixed with wet air to form water vapor, is in full contact with air conveyed by a fan in the other direction, flows through the absorption system to adsorb part of volatile organic compounds after water is taken away by the air, and enters the condensing device so as to complete evaporation and condensation of the wastewater, so that the salt concentration is continuously increased, crystals are formed, and crystallized salt is separated out through the solid-liquid separator. Due to the fact that the running temperature is low, the device has the advantages of being not prone to scaling and blocking a system, convenient to operate and low in energy consumption, and industrialization is easy to achieve.
