Problems solved by technology

The results showed that the optimum germination temperature of C. chinensis is 25-35°C, the minimum germination temperature is 10-15°C, and the maximum germination temperature is 40-45°C; the optimum soil moisture content for crabgrass germination is 40%. 10% and greater than 50%, the germination rate decreased significantly; the water layer had a greater impact on crabgrass, and water layer treatment could significantly reduce the emergence rate of crabgrass; with the increase of soil depth, the emergence rate of crabgrass gradually decreased, and the soil If the depth of the layer is greater than 7 cm, the seedlings of crabgrass will not emerge. This study only studies the suitable germination conditions of crabgrass seeds that have passed the dormancy period, and does not study the breaking of the dormancy of crabgrass seeds
At present, there is no public report on the method of breaking the dormancy of crabgrass seeds

Embodiment 1

[0024] Soak the screened and shelled crabgrass seeds in distilled water at 60°C for 15 minutes; then soak them for 24 hours according to the treatment in Table 1, rinse them with distilled water for 2-4 minutes, and place them in an intelligent light incubator for cultivation. The liquid soaking treatment was used as the control, and each treatment was repeated 3 times, and 100 seeds were placed in an intelligent light incubator for each repetition, and the germination rate was counted. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0025] The specific operation is as follows:

[0026] Step 1): Seed selection: From the collected crabgrass seeds that have not passed the dormancy period, select the full-grained and fully mature seeds for later use;

[0027] Step 2): Remove the seed husks: put the seeds screened in step 1) in a nylon gauze bag and rub them by hand for 3 minutes to remove the seed husks;

[0028] Step 3): Seed soaking in hot water: Soak the mature seeds removed in step 2) i...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for breaking the dormancy of digitaria sanguinalis seeds. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting seeds, namely screening out the seeds which are full in grains and fully mature from collected digitaria sanguinalis seeds which do not go through the period of the dormancy; (2) removing seed shells, namely kneading the screened seeds into a nylon gauze bag for 2-4 minutes by hands; (3) soaking the seeds in hot water, namely soaking the shelled mature seeds in distilled water at 55-65 DEG C for 15-20 minutes; (4) soaking the seeds with hormones, namely soaking with a mixed liquid of gibberellins and 6-benzylamino adenine for 18-30 hours; (5) washing the seeds, namely washing the seeds processed in the step (4) with the distilled water for 2-4 minutes; and (6) accelerating germination, namely accelerating the germination of the seeds processed in the step (5) at 30-35 DEG C. A research proves that the germination rate of the digitaria sanguinalis seeds after being germinated for 8 days by adopting the method disclosed by the invention can reach about 80%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for breaking the dormancy of crabgrass seeds. Background technique [0002] Crabgrass ( Digitaria sanguinalis (L. ) Scop.) is an annual herbaceous plant of Gramineae, with erect or oblique stems, the lower stem nodes take root on the ground and spread into flakes, emerge in May-June, head and bloom in July-September, bear fruit and grow in August-October Mature, mature seeds generally have a dormancy habit of 3-4 months. Crabgrass has the effect of improving eyesight and moisturizing the lungs when used in medicine (see Chinese patent application No. 201310334405.4 - an eye drop for relieving eye fatigue and its preparation method, Chinese patent application No. 201410522239.5 - a treatment Traditional Chinese medicine preparation and preparation method of chronic pneumonia), in China, the United States and other countries can also be used as forage grass and forage grass (refer to the Chinese patent application wit...
