The compound formaldehyde stabilizer waterborne polyvinyl formal acetal is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 69-71 parts of polyvinyl acetate, 70-72 parts of methanol, 7.6-7.8 parts of sulfuric acid, 4-4.3 parts of formaldehyde, 30-32 parts of acetaldehyde, 0.76-0.78 part of sodium hydroxide, 0.75-0.78 part of potassium hydroxide, 3-4 parts of OP-10, 600-610 parts of water, 0.8-1.2 parts of carboxymethylcellulose and 0.3-0.5 part of an antioxidant 245. According to the compound formaldehyde stabilizer waterborne polyvinyl formal acetal disclosed by the invention, a conventional process is modified.
