The method comprises the following steps of A, seedling selecting: selecting plateau fish seedlings obtained from fish production in plateau sections and artificial incubation by research and development institution or wild plateau fish seedlings caught in the field; B, long-distance transporting, wherein the transportation time is selected in spring or autumn; C, recovering after transporting: after arriving at the destination, putting fish seedling bags into a temperature control aquaculture barrel to balance water temperature, fishing out the fish seedlings after finishing disinfection, and transferring to the temperature control aquaculture barrel to be domesticated temporarily; D, daily domesticating: temporarily domesticating the fish seedlings in a closed recirculation water system, adopting ultraviolet light to disinfect circulating water, illuminating for 12L:12D, feeding for two times every day, cleaning residual feeds and faeces after feeding, and keeping the aquaculture water quality to be clean. The method is easy to be implemented, and is simple and convenient to be operated, high in fish seedling survival rate, stable in growth, and solves the difficult problem that the domesticating survival rate of the fish seedlings in the inland is low caused by the factors such as large altitude difference and temperature difference and long transportation distance when the plateau fish seedlings are transported to the inland regions and being domesticated.
