An automatic generation method of a cable component optimizing structure of a mechanical and electrical product is characterized in that a wiring space of the mechanical and electrical product to be wired is discretized and preprocessed to obtain discrete points in the wiring space, giving the discrete points weight values according to usability by the usability weight method, introducing the weights into a genetic algorithm evaluation function, solving cable structures by the genetic algorithm evaluation function, using the initialized clustering method according to the characteristics of the cable structures to ensure the initialized clustering theory that all cable structures can be covered. On this basis, hybrid mutation operation of the algorithm is modified, and lethality of hybridized individuals is reduced by introducing secondary hybridization.
