According to the method, scanning of beams in four different directions is finished by controlling the phased array antenna; firstly the amplitude of each beam direction is acquired respectively, then a sum signal and different signals in directions of X axis and Y axis can be obtained through a calculation method capable of eliminating error caused by distance change, next the deflection angle values in the directions of X axis and Y axis are calculated by the amplitudes of the sum signal and the different signals, and finally the obtained deflection angle is corrected. The invention provides the angle measuring method which has the advantages of simple structure, better angle measuring precision and low cost, and is suitable for the fields such as missile-borne radar.
