The dew-point control system comprises dew-point detection devices provided with a plurality of detection points and used for detecting a dew point in the thermal-forming heating furnace and outputting a detection signal respectively, a controller capable of setting the target dew points of areas where the detection points of the various dew-point detection devices are located, and receiving the detection signals to generate control signals, and a gas injection device used for injecting a gas in the areas where the detection points of the various dew-point detection devices are located and dynamically adjusting the components of the injected gas according to the control signals. The dew-point control system disclosed by the invention is capable of correspondingly adjusting the dew points in the thermal-forming heating furnace in real time, and the problems of mechanical property deterioration and the like caused due to that hydrogen element is absorbed by parts during a thermal-forming machining process can be effectively avoided through dew-point control on a furnace atmosphere; meanwhile, the other performances of the parts can be optimized by controlling the components of the injected gas, and the dew-point control system especially has a quite positive effect on surface optimization for coating elements.
