Abstract

The invention provides a self-stress and self-leveling grouting material for equipment. The grouting material consists of main materials and auxiliary materials, wherein the main materials comprise 30-45% of cement, 10-25% of mineral admixture and 35-45% of river sand, and the mineral admixture consists of pulverized coal ash, mineral powder and river sand powder which are in the mass ratio of (0.6-1.0): (1.6-2.0): (0.6-1.0); and the auxiliary materials comprise an expansion agent composition, a water retention thickener, an early strength agent and a powdered polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and contain the ingredients in percentage by mass based on the sum of mass of cement and mineral admixture sequentially: 4%-8% of the expansion agent composition, 0.01%-0.05% of the water retention thickener, 2%-4% of the early strength agent and 0.2%-0.4% of the powdered polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, wherein the expansion agent composition consists of rice hull ash, MgO and a UEA expansion agent which are in the mass ratio of (0.6-1.0): (0.6-1.0): (1.5-2.0), the water retention thickener is sodium alginate, and the early strength agent consists of gypsum powder, sodium carbonate and silica fume which are in the mass ratio of (0.8-1.0): (0.5-1.0): (0.6-1.0).
