Problems solved by technology

But as an antibiotic, long-term use of fumagillin in bee colonies can lead to drug residue problems in bee products
A large number of studies have shown that fumagillin will have certain side effects on human health in the treatment of human encephalitic microsporidiosis and cancer

Embodiment 1

[0010] Weigh 10 g of Phellodendron bark dried at room temperature, add 100 ml of cold water, completely immerse Phellodendron phellodendron medicinal material, let stand at room temperature for 2 h, boil at high heat and then boil slightly for 40-60 min, then filter to get the filtrate. Then add 100 ml of cold water to the filtered residue, repeat the above ultrasonic steps, take the filtrate, combine the two filtrates, and keep them sealed at low temperature. Take a certain amount of Phellodendron Phellodendri water extract and 60% sucrose syrup with a concentration of 60% by mass to prepare a 3% volume ratio of Phellodendron Phellodendri water extract syrup mixture, and allow the bees infected with Microsporidia to feed freely.

[0011] Results: On the 7th day and 13th day after infection, the number of Microsporidia spores in the infected bees fed the syrup containing the drug was 42.5% and 30.1% of those in the infected bees fed the syrup without the drug, respectively. On...

Then add 100 ml of cold water to the filtered residue, repeat the above ultrasonic steps, take the filtrate, combine the two filtrates, and keep them sealed at low temperature. Take a certain amount of Cortex Phellodendri water extract and 60% sucrose syrup with a concentration of 60% by mass to prepare a 2% Cortex Phellodendron aqueous extract syrup mixture, allowing the bees infected with Microsporidia to feed freely.

[0014] Results: On the 7th day and 13th day after infection, the number of Microsporidia spores in the infected bees fed the syrup containing the drug was 40.3% and 23% of those in the infected bees fed the syrup without the drug, respectively. On the 15th day after infection,...

Abstract

The invention provides natural plant extract for preventing and treating honeybee microsporidiosis. Dry phellodendron bark is immersed in water, is stood at a room temperature, then is decocted and then is filtered so that phellodendron aqueous extract is produced, sugar syrup with a concentration of 50-60% and the phellodendron aqueous extract are mixed into a phellodendron aqueous extract-syrup mixture according to a volume ratio of 0.5-3%, and the mixture is put into a feeding machine and is freely eaten by honeybees suffered from microsporidiosis so that through action on honeybees and microsporidia, the natural plant extract can prevent and treat honeybee microsporidiosis. At a certain concentration, the natural plant extract has good honeybee microsporidiosis prevention and treatment effects, has small toxicity to honeybees, utilizes easily available medical raw materials with a wide source, can be prepared simply and has a low cost. The natural plant extract does not produce drug residue on honeybee products and the environment and does not pollute human and animals and the environment. The natural plant extract provides high efficiency approach for health, eco-friendly and ecological prevention and treatment on honeybee microsporidiosis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the medicine for preventing and treating bee diseases in the field of bee feeding and management, and relates to a medicine for preventing and treating microsporidiosis of bees and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Honey bee microsporidiosis, also known as "bee microsporidiosis", is a common digestive tract infectious disease of adult bees caused by honey bee microsporidiosis. Microsporidium honeybee mainly infects the intestinal epithelial cells of adult bees and destroys the normal digestive function of the bee intestines, thereby reducing the bee's physique and shortening the bee's lifespan. When the bee colony is mildly ill, the symptoms are not obvious and are often ignored, but once it is severe, it may even cause the collapse of the entire bee colony. Microsporidia of honeybees are mainly (Western) Microsporidia mellifera ( Nosema apis ) and Microsporidia orientalis ( Nosema ceranae ). In recent ...
