A plurality of small holes are provided on the bottom of the landfill leachate seepage tank. Pollution plume blocking boards, perforated walls, sieve boards and a connection pipe are arranged on the multiple levels of permeable reactive grids. A plurality of outlet water pipes are connected to the end of the device. The level number n of the multiple levels of permeable reactive grids is determined according to the physiochemical characteristics of the landfill leachate and according to a remediation target. n is an integer.
