The production method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting and using mountain spring water in the Dabie Mountain area as raw water; (2) filtering the processed raw water in the step (1) with active carbon; (3) filtering the processed water in the step (2) with a manganese sand filter; (4) sterilizing the processed water in the step (3) with medium-pressure ultraviolet rays; (5) treating the processed water in the step (4) by using UH reverse osmosis technology; (6) crushing garden balsam into powder with a size of 80 meshes and carrying out reflux extraction so as to obtain paste; (7) filtering the processed water in the step (6) with active carbon; (8) sterilizing the processed water in the step (7) with ozone, wherein ozone is fully mixed with water during sterilization so as to allow ozone content of the water reaches 0.12 mg/L; and (9) carrying out aseptic filling. The production method is simple and enables the mineral water to have litter residual foreign matters and a high health care value.
