Abstract

The invention relates to piezoelectric ceramics and provides a method for preparing piezoelectric ceramics based on femtosecond lasers and 3D printing. The method comprises the steps that firstly, viscous ceramic slurry is prepared; secondly, the viscous ceramic slurry is placed into a 3D printer, and ceramics are printed out on a template according to a constructed piezoelectric ceramic model; and thirdly, in the printing process, extrusive ceramic slurry drops are sintered through the femtosecond lasers, and the ceramics formed through sintering is subjected to polarization treatment to form the piezoelectric ceramics. According to the method, the piezoelectric ceramics is formed through combination of the 3D printing technology and the femtosecond laser sintering technology, so the preparation time of the piezoelectric ceramics can be greatly shortened; moreover, the piezoelectric performance and the size of the formed piezoelectric ceramics both meet the requirements for the needed piezoelectric ceramics, secondary machining is not needed, and the preparation process is simplified.
