Embodiment 1

[0019] A method for removing metal ions from shrimp products, the method for removing comprises the following steps:

[0020] a) Pre-treatment: take fresh shrimp or frozen shrimp, clean the fresh shrimp, remove the head, tail and internal organs, wash after shelling, and immerse in the soaking solution for 5 hours. The ratio of shrimp meat to soaking solution is 1:2 Mass to volume ratio, soaked and drained;

[0021] Among them, the soaking solution is an amino acid solution with a concentration of 0.5g / mL. Surface-treated lignocellulose is added to the amino acid solution before soaking. The amount of lignocellulose added is 50g / mL. The temperature during soaking is 10°C. , the ultrasonic frequency is 65kHz; the lignocellulose comes from a mixture of oak chips, ebony chips, fir chips and corn stalks, and the surface-treated lignocellulose is a mixture of oak chips, ebony chips, fir chips and corn stalks, and the mass ratio is 1:1:1:1, bake in an oven at 150°C for 8 hours, gri...

[0024] A method for removing metal ions from shrimp products, the method for removing comprises the following steps:

[0025] a) Pre-treatment: Take fresh shrimp or frozen shrimp, clean the fresh shrimp, remove the head, tail and internal organs, wash after shelling, and immerse in the soaking solution for 12 hours. The ratio of shrimp meat to soaking solution is 1:5 Mass to volume ratio, soaked and drained;

[0026] Among them, the soaking solution is an amino acid solution with a concentration of 2g / mL. Before soaking, add surface-treated lignocellulose into the amino acid solution. The amount of lignocellulose added is 100g / mL. The temperature during soaking is 15°C. The ultrasonic frequency is 70kHz; the lignocellulose comes from a mixture of oak chips, ebony chips, fir chips and corn stalks, and the surface-treated lignocellulose is a mixture of oak chips, ebony chips, fir chips and corn stalks, with a mass ratio of 1 : 1:1:1, bake in an oven at 180°C for 9 hours, grind ...

Embodiment 3

[0029] A method for removing metal ions from shrimp products, the method for removing comprises the following steps:

[0030] a) Pre-treatment: take fresh shrimp or frozen shrimp, clean the fresh shrimp, remove the head, tail and internal organs, wash after shelling, and immerse in the soaking solution for 18 hours. The ratio of shrimp meat to soaking solution is 1:8 Mass to volume ratio, soaked and drained;

[0031] Among them, the soaking solution is an amino acid solution with a concentration of 3g / mL. Surface-treated lignocellulose is added to the amino acid solution before soaking. The amount of lignocellulose added is 150g / mL. The temperature during soaking is 19°C. The ultrasonic frequency is 85kHz; the lignocellulose comes from a mixture of oak sawdust, ebony chips, Chinese fir chips and corn stalks, the mass ratio is 1:1:1:1, and the surface-treated lignocellulose is made of oak sawdust, ebony chips, Chinese fir The mixture of chips and corn stalks was dried in an ov...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for removing metal ions in shrimp products. The removal method comprises the following steps: taking fresh shrimp or frozen shrimp tail meat; washing the fresh shrimp, removing head, tail and viscus; shelling and cleaning; soaking in an immersion solution and draining; immersing the shrimp meat in ethanol for ion exchange with an ion exchange resin; and filtering to obtain a precipitate, which is shrimp meat with metal ions removed. The method first conducts soaking of shrimp meat in an amino acid solution supplemented with lignocellulose, and then conducts ion exchange, so that removal of heavy metals is more thorough; while the ion exchange resin can be recycled. The method achieves good removal rate of metal ions in shrimp products, absorption removal rate of more than 97%, has low cost and wide source, and effectively ensures that shrimp products do not cause harm to humans.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for removing metal ions from shrimp products. Background technique [0002] Aquatic products and their processed products are becoming one of the first-choice foods for consumers at home and abroad due to their health, nutrition, and delicious advantages. The annual production output and processed varieties of aquatic products are increasingly expanding. [0003] As more and more heavy metal elements are discharged into the marine environment from industrial wastewater, more and more metal ions are enriched in organisms. People's consumption of such aquatic products such as shrimp products will endanger human health. Contents of the invention [0004] The object of the present invention is to provide a method for removing metal ions in shrimp products in order to solve the defect that the existing shrimp products contain many metal ions and endanger human health. [0005] In order to achieve the above object, the pr...
