Abstract

A novel spraying tower used for efficiently catching carbon dioxide in the smoke gas through spraying an alkanolamine solution and a process system are used. The alkanolamine solution in the jet tower is sprayed into the jet tower through an atomization spray nozzle and takes contact reaction with the smoke gas entering the jet tower from the bottom, and an efficient absorption process of the carbon dioxide is realized. The jet tower is connected by a plurality of spray nozzles, and is mainly divided into a liquid storage section, a stabilization section and a pressure expansion section.
