A project supervising system supporting mobile terminals comprises a managing center and mobile clients. The managing center comprises a client managing server, a service provider managing server and a platform managing server which are connected with one another. The service provider managing server comprises a first verifying module used for verifying the identity of a service provider and a service provider end project managing module for managing projects. The client managing server comprises a second verifying module for verifying the identity of a client, and a client end project checking module used for checking projects. The platform managing server comprises a third verifying module used for verifying the identity of a platform manager and a project supervising module used for supervising projects regularly. The mobile clients are used for providing login and usage functions and further performing real-time interaction with the platform managing server. By providing different interfaces for different using parties, the system facilitates unified project management on the basis of a unified platform to manage projects. Meanwhile, information sharing is realized. Mobile terminal accessing is further supported. Checking of supervising personnel is also facilitated.
