The highly-filled degradable plastics are prepared from, by weight, 25-80 parts of biodegradable materials, 30-75 parts of filler powder and 2-10 parts of auxiliaries. The biodegradable materials comprise any one of poly(butylene succinate), poly(terephthalic acid adipic acid butyleneterephthalate) and polylactic acid. The filler powder comprises any one of wood powder, modified starch, modified calcium carbonate, modified talcum powder, modified fly ash, montmorillonoid and kaolin.
