Embodiment 1

[0027] A method for making carpets from waste clothes, comprising:

[0028] Step 1: Making the Tufted Base Fabric

[0029] The dried waste clothes are pretreated, disinfected, crushed in the first stage, treated with foreign matter, crushed in the second stage, combed, cut, and mixed to obtain short fibers. After that, the short fibers are soaked in antistatic agent for 10 minutes, and the short fibers are Mixed in the high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, the mass ratio of the short fiber and the high molecular weight polyethylene is 3:1, and the nonwoven fabric is made into a nonwoven fabric as the first base fabric layer through the spunlace method, and the thickness of the nonwoven fabric is 0.3mm;

[0030] The second base fabric layer is bonded to the first base fabric layer by a first adhesive, and the second base fabric layer includes a polyester plain weave base fabric woven from the first PET monofilament using a leno weave. The finished inner liner and the surf...

Embodiment 3

[0067] A method for making carpets from waste clothes, comprising:

[0068] Step 1: Making the Tufted Base Fabric

[0069] The dried waste clothes are pretreated, disinfected, crushed in the first stage, treated with foreign matter, crushed in the secondary stage, combed, cut, and mixed to obtain short fibers. After that, the short fibers are soaked in antistatic agent for 14 minutes, and the short fibers are Mixed in the high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, the mass ratio of the short fiber and the high molecular weight polyethylene is 4:1, and through the spunlace method, it is made into a non-woven fabric as the first base fabric layer, and the thickness of the non-woven fabric is 0.5mm;

Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing a carpet by using waste clothes. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, producing tufting base cloth; step 2, producing a liner layer; and step 3, producing a tufting layer. The step 1 comprises the following steps: carrying out pre-treatment, disinfection, first-path crushing, foreign matter treatment, second-path crushing, carding, cutting-off and mixing on the dried waste clothes in sequence to prepare staple fibers; immersing the staple fibers into an antistatic agent to be immersed for 10-20 minutes and mixing the staple fibers into high molecular weight polyethylene fibers, wherein the mass ratio of the staple fibers to the high molecular weight polyethylene fibers is (3-5) to 1; and taking non-woven cloth produced by a spun-laced method as a first base cloth layer, wherein the thickness of the non-woven cloth is 0.3mm-0.8mm so that the electrostatic interference is avoided and the high-quality non-woven cloth is produced. Furthermore, in the step 3, the staple fibers are used as second tufting and the waste clothes are effectively utilized and are organically added into a production process of the carpet; and the method provided by the invention is simple and has low cost and a very great market prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of carpet making, in particular to a method for making carpets from waste and old clothes. Background technique [0002] Carpet is a flooring material made of wool, cotton, linen or chemical synthetic fiber materials, which are hand-made or machine-made. Widely used in hotels, hotels, homes, schools, living rooms, airplanes and other places, with multiple functions such as sterilization, moisture-proof, heat insulation, noise reduction and beautifying the indoor environment. With the rapid development of social and economic construction and the improvement of people's quality of life, carpets have become an indispensable product in people's lives. [0003] With the improvement of people's living standards, more and more waste and used clothes cannot be effectively and reasonably disposed of. Although some of them can be donated to poor mountainous areas, a large part cannot be disposed of as textile waste. Waste, an...
