The invention provides a tufting printing exhibition blanket and a processing method thereof. The processing method comprises the steps of forming a tufting layer blanket surface coiled material by yarns or fibers on a base fabric through a needle row machine by means of down cutting and/or acupuncture; then plating latex on the back surface of the tufting layer blanket surface coiled material through shaving, thereby making the base fabric and the tufting form a firm integer member; then placing the tufting layer blanket surface coiled material and a specially produced thermoplastic elastic film layer on an embossing roller for combining, and afterwards heating for a certain time period. The tufting printing exhibition blanket prepared according to the invention has advantages of high smoothness of the blanket surface, same down height, high static resistance, high softness, high warmth retention performance, high flame retardance, high toughness, high anti-tearing performance and high breakdown performance. Through testing, compared with the prior art, the tufting printing exhibition blanket provided by the invention is advantageous in that the flame retardance can reach grade A. Furthermore, the tufting layer blanket surface coiled material and the thermoplastic elastic film layer are placed on the embossing roller and are combined at a temperature of 138 DEG C by means of viscosity of the thermoplastic elastic film layer in a fused state, thereby improving the sound absorbing capability of the blanket.
