During construction, the redispersible adhesive powder, the cellulose ether and the iron oxide pigment are poured into a stirrer and are stirred at a high speed for 10-15min so as to be fully mixed; the mixture is poured into the portland cement, the quartz sand and the coal ash so as to be mixed and stirred for 30-40min, and finally the mixture is carried to a construction site for construction.
