Embodiment 1

[0043] This embodiment describes a method for quickly determining the content of extracts in Pueraria lobata by near infrared spectroscopy

[0044] (1) Steps:

[0045] (1) Collect 170 near infrared spectra of Pueraria lobata samples

[0046] Take an appropriate amount of Pueraria lobata sample, crush it into small pieces, and crush it with a CT410 grinder (mesh 0.3mm). This method uses a CT410 pulverizer to pulverize the sample into uniform fine powder and then scan the near-infrared spectrogram, which effectively reduces the random error caused by the fact that Pueraria lobata contains more fibrous components and is difficult to pulverize, and improves the calibration model reliability.

[0047] Take about 10g of the pretreated Pueraria lobata sample fine powder, pour it into a 50mm diameter sample cup, place the sample cup on the sample rotator, and use the diffuse reflectance integrating sphere module of the MPA near infrared spectrum analyzer to collect the near-infrared spectrum...

Embodiment 2

[0083] This embodiment describes a method for rapidly determining the content of extracts in Pueraria lobata by near infrared spectroscopy.

[0084] (1) Steps:

[0085] (1) Collect 60 samples of Pueraria lobata root samples near infrared spectra

[0086] Take an appropriate amount of Pueraria lobata sample, crush it into small pieces, and crush it with a CT410 grinder (mesh 0.3mm).

[0087] Take about 10g of the pretreated kudzu root powder and pour it into a 50mm diameter sample cup, place the sample cup on the sample rotator, and use the diffuse reflectance integrating sphere module of the MPA near-infrared spectrometer to collect the near-infrared spectrum of the sample. Each sample is loaded and scanned twice. Spectrum area range 12000~4000cm -1 , Resolution 8cm -1 , The number of scans is 64 times. See the original near-infrared spectra of 60 samples Figure 5 .

[0088] (2) The hot dip method was used to determine the content of alcohol-soluble extracts of 60 samples of Puerari...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly determining extractum content in radix puerariae through near infrared spectroscopy. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting radix puerariae samples with preset batch, pretreating, and acquiring the near infrared spectrum; (2) determining the alcohol-soluble extractum content of the radix puerariae samples by employing a hot dipping process; (3) dividing all of the radix puerariae samples into a correction set and a verification set, and establishing a correction model by employing a multivariate correction process; (4) performing external verification on the correction model, and evaluating the correlation of a prediction value and a real value; and (5) determining the index of a to-be-determined sample by utilizing the correction model. The method for rapidly determining extractum content in radix puerariae based on near infrared spectroscopy is established, is capable of relatively accurately determining the extractum content in radix puerariae, possesses the characteristics of being rapid, precise and simple, can be used as an effective means for quality control on traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and can be further popularized for detection of medicinal materials during purchase or before warehousing.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical analysis, and particularly relates to a method for rapidly determining the content of extracts in pueraria lobata by near infrared spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] Pueraria lobata is the dried root of the legume Puerarialobata (Wild.) Ohwi. The nature is sweet, pungent, and cool; it returns to the spleen, stomach and lung meridians. It has the effects of relieving muscles and reducing fever, promoting body fluids and quenching thirst, clearing eruptions, promoting yang and relieving diarrhea, activating meridians, and relieving alcohol and toxins. It has been included in the "Food and Medicine" list by the Ministry of Health. The content of extracts from different varieties of wild Pueraria lobata varies greatly, and this is one of the main factors leading to the high and low production costs of enterprises. [0003] Traditional analysis methods such as hot dip method are time-consuming and ...
