Abstract

The invention discloses a system for treating and recycling waste water resulting from lithium battery production. The system comprises a workshop collecting tank, a pH value adjusting tank, a coagulation reaction tank, a flocculation reaction tank, an efficient precipitation tank, an intermediate tank, a selective filter, a reuse water tank, and an NMP recovery system, which are connected in sequence. The reuse water tank is internally provided with an NMP monitoring instrument, and is connected to the NMP recovery system through the NMP recovery pump; both the NMP monitoring instrument and the NMP recovery pump are connected to a main controller. In the system, waste water resulting from lithium battery production is subjected to pH value adjustment and coagulation and flocculation treatment, precipitation, and selective filtration of suspended particles; the impurities, such as suspended particles, are separated; the treated reuse water is recycled for reuse and is retreated until the concentration of NMP in the reuse water back to the reuse water tank reaches a recycling standard; and the obtained water is pumped into the NMP recovery system through the recovery pump.
