Abstract

The invention provides a comprehensive experiment method for vibration stress analysis of an HDD (horizontal directional drilling) rod. According to the method, firstly, an experimental environment is established, the state is initialized, the rotating speed, the axial pull force and the torque are adjusted, hole wall limitation is simulated, and the vibration stress state of the drill rod in a hole under the condition of different rotating speeds, pull force, torque and drilling tool combinations is tested in real time. The invention also provides a comprehensive experiment device for vibration stress analysis of the HDD rod. The device comprises a drilling rod arranged horizontally and a drilling tool rotation system and further comprises a pull force torque control system, a stress monitoring system, a vibration displacement detecting system and an image acquisition system. The vibration stress of the drilling rod can be monitored and analyzed under condition of the different rotating speeds, axial pull force, torque and drilling tool combinations, an experiment system has a wide application range, displacement, stress and spatial form can be acquired simultaneously, and an experiment result is more real and reliable.
