The manufacturing process of the transformer iron core comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the following raw materials according to the formula of silicon steel: 95.95-96.85% of iron, 0.15-0.2% of aluminum, 2.9-3.5% of silicon and 0.1-0.35% of manganese, wherein the sum of the contents of the components is 100%; (2) carrying out crushing, grinding, mixing and stirring; (4) smelting the raw materials in a smelting furnace, wherein the maximum heating temperature is 1450 DEG C, and the temperature is preserved for 3-20 h; (4) manufacturing a silicon steel thin strip; (5) annealing; (6) carrying out stretching bending straightening treatment on the silicon steel thin strip; (7) cutting the silicon steel thin strip; (8) coiling a silicon steel sheet to form an iron core body; (9) coating the iron core body with an insulating paint; and (10) fastening.
