Abstract

An electric energy storage workover rig wide in the speed adjustable range is used for oilfield workover operation and comprises a transmission system, an electric control system and a liquid gas path system, wherein the transmission system comprises a variable-frequency motor, a coupler, a gearbox, a transmission shaft, an angle transmission case, a winch, a moving system and a driller box which are sequentially connected; the transmission system is reasonably matched with an upper transmission system through the variable-frequency motor, the power output range of the workover rig is widened, and higher working efficiency can be ensured under different load conditions. The electric control system comprises a frequency converter and a supercapacitor, the supercapacitor is charged during down-passing and clamping releasing of the workover operation and is rapidly discharged during rising of the workover operation, and the supercapacitor and a wellsite transformer supply power to the variable-frequency motor together. The liquid gas path system drives a triple pump through one hydraulic station motor and provides hydraulic power to a workover rig hydraulic system, a gearbox lubricating system and a hydraulic air compressor, configuration of a power source is reduced, the production cost is reduced, a whole vehicle is compact in structure, and light weight is achieved.
