The preparation method comprises steps as follows: ABS, SG, SAM,HIPS, the antioxidant and the lubricant are uniformly mixed, are subjected to extrusion at the temperature of 180-220 DEG C and then are subjected to bracing, cooling, pelleting and drying, and the ABS-HIPS alloy is obtained.
