The ethernet interface transformer comprises a PCB body, wherein a coupling module, a filtering module and a protecting module are built on the PCB body; the coupling module, the filtering module and the protecting module are built by a PCB circuit structure; the coupling module is used for carrying out two-way coupling on a high-speed network signal and isolating a direct current signal; a capacitive coupling way is adopted by the coupling module; the coupling module is provided with multiple groups of capacitive coupling units; each capacitive coupling unit is provided with a group of capacitor bodies; and the capacitor bodies of the capacitive coupling units are in a PCB circuit structure, and particularly are capacitor bodies achieved by arranging copper or tin foil at the upper layer and the lower layer of a stack-up layer on the PCB. The coupling module, the filtering module and the protecting module of the ethernet interface transformer are built by the circuit structure on the PCB; and the ethernet interface transformer is simple in structure, few in production procedures, high in integration level and applicable to automatic production.
